What you have to do: Bring your parking ticket inside the library and scan it for validation
$1.50 per half hour after the free 2 hours; credit/debit card payment only.
Hours: Library open Mon-Thu 10am-8pm, Fri-Sat 10am-6pm, Sun 11am-5pm
Eligible: Up to 2 hours free with an in-library ticket scan for anyone, not just library-card holders; $1.50 per half hour after that.
Underground entrance is from westbound 500 South or eastbound 400 South, between 200 and 300 East. You must bring the paper ticket inside and scan it at a validation point to get the free window - failing to validate means paying full rate. Card/debit payment only, no cash accepted. Two EV charging areas (P1 and P2) are free to use with a 4-hour limit.
