Eligible: Free for any shopper/visitor, all levels

Convenient for the Radisson Blu Mall of America, Crayola Experience and L.L. Bean per the operator's ramp guide; placed on the south (Killebrew Drive) side of the building nearest the Radisson Blu, since the operator page does not give a separate street address per ramp. Green/red/blue overhead lighting marks open, full and accessible spaces; no registration or app required.
