Eligible: Free for any shopper/visitor on all levels except Level 7 (paid overnight product)

Closest to the Huntington Bank Rotunda, SEA LIFE and 4th-floor access, per the operator's own ramp guide. IMPORTANT CARVE-OUT: Level 7 of this same East Ramp is NOT free — it is a separate paid long-term/overnight product at $12/night with onsite security and elevator access to rideshare pickup and the Metro Transit Blue Line. Only the general ramp levels (not Level 7) are the free product described here. Green/red/blue overhead lighting marks open, full and accessible spaces; no registration or app is required for the free spaces.
