Checked against the original text on the official page (the Sainsbury's condition "Two hours complimentary parking is available for Sainsbury's customers (£20 minimum spend applies)." appears word for word on the same page). The same page also says "a flat £2 from 7pm to 7am", and it is not officially stated which applies on Sunday nights, so this is usage rather than unconditional free. A separate site with a different operator from the existing listing The Liberty Shopping Centre Car Park (Western Road, Romford). Coordinates are the multi-storey car park that is free.
“On Sundays, visitors can enjoy free parking in the multistorey car park, while surface level parking is available for just £1.”
