IKEA's official parking FAQ names Greenwich as one of only three UK exceptions to unrestricted free parking: capped at 5 hours here (Southampton requires a minimum spend; Hammersmith is paid entirely because it is run by the Livat centre, not IKEA).
“Free parking is only available for a defined period of time and subject to a minimum spend at our IKEA Southampton and for a maximum of 5 hours at IKEA Greenwich stores.”
