Target parking garage effectively open 24h; mall/store hours roughly 10:00-21:00 daily, with Target and Century Theatres open later. Free at all times.

Classic free suburban mall lot. Enter from El Camino Real (Target parking garage) or from Sneath Lane / San Bruno Ave near San Bruno BART. Caveat: the mall is being redeveloped into a biotech/housing campus over the coming years and several anchors have already closed (JCPenney 2025, Sears, Barnes & Noble May 2026). Target and Century Theatres remain open as anchors, and the City of San Bruno-approved plan retains the above-ground Target parking structure, so free customer parking is expected to continue; however, sections of the surface lots may be fenced off as construction phases in, so head for the Target garage side for the most reliable free parking.
