Genuinely free because it is unmetered: the City open-data meter inventory shows no meters on Telegraph Hill Blvd. It is only a 30-minute weekday time limit, so it is a $0 short stop, not all-day parking. On summer weekends the lot is 'A'-permit residents only (non-residents must park at the bottom and take the 39-Coit bus). Small lot (~25 spaces), fills fast; reconstruction finished April 2025.
