• Free for anyone (up to 3 hr)

  Free for shoppers/visitors in the surface lots and the two multi-level garages on Quarry Road; a normal visit is $0. Evenings and weekends are unlimited free. On weekdays 8am-5pm parking is free for the first 3 hours, after which a paid all-day permit (about $15, aimed at all-day commuters) applies. Valet is the only always-paid option.

Genuinely free for a normal shopping visit: unlimited free evenings and weekends, and at least the first 3 hours free on weekday daytime (M-F 8am-5pm). Only caveat is a weekday 3-hour limit (paid ~$15 all-day permit beyond that) and optional paid valet.
