Broadway Plaza shopping-center garage on the S Main St (west) side of the mall. A normal short shopping/dining visit is $0. After the free window: hour 3-4 = $6, hour 4-5 = $8, daily max $25, plus a $0.99 transaction fee that applies only if you owe money (i.e. stay past 3 hours).
