How it becomes free or discounted
Free
Applies to all five listed areas (north garage, west lot, One Foundry Way apartment garage, Spring Street lot, and Forest Park Ave street parking) equally; no time cap stated.
Free parking is spread across five distinct areas on the property rather than one deck: the multi-level garage on the north side off Forest Park Parkway, a surface lot on the west side near the Vandeventer Avenue entrance, the garage attached to the One Foundry Way apartments (also off Vandeventer), the Spring Street lot on the southeast side, and street parking along Forest Park Ave outside the garage. No time limit, registration, or validation is mentioned for any of them; the page only asks that visitors carpool on weekends. Coordinates pin the shared property address — the page does not give separate addresses for each of the five areas.
