Hours
Paid parking enforced daily 8am-6pm except specified holidays; free window applies within those hours

This is the one Balboa Park lot where the 3-hour free window applies to everyone, not just city-verified residents. Verified San Diego residents park free all day here; non-residents get the first 3 hours free then pay $10 for the full day. Most other Balboa Park lots (Level 1 and Level 2) are free only to registered City of San Diego residents and charge non-residents $10-16/day, so those lots are not listed as free here.

“Park Guests can park for up to 3 hours for free in this parking lot.”
