Onsite parking is free every day the Gardens are open, independent of whether you pay garden admission.
Hours: Summer hours 9:00 AM-6:00 PM daily, Thursdays 9:00 AM-8:00 PM; last entry one hour before closing
Parking itself is free regardless of admission; garden admission is separately ticketed ($15 adult, $10 child, free for members/under-4/active-duty military), and the Gardens also has several admission-free public days per year.
