What you have to do: Free Shopping Promenade loyalty card (carte de fidélité), created online or at the centre for anyone — no purchase required to obtain the card, but the card must be presented/used to unlock the free hours

Registration gate: without the free loyalty card the page does not state any free parking allowance — only cardholders are confirmed to get 2h + 2h additional (4 hours total) free parking. The card itself is free and open to any visitor who signs up ('elle est gratuite et nominative').
