Free onsite parking, shared by everyone using the complex. No ticket, payment or validation. During major events staff direct different user groups and ticket holders to specific designated areas, but the parking itself stays free.
Hours: Building open Monday to Friday 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., plus event times; the ticket office opens two hours before each event
Formerly the Paramount Fine Foods Centre and before that the Hershey Centre; home of the Raptors 905. The city's venue page states "Free onsite parking for approximately 1,900 vehicles" only inside a venue-rental feature list, while its visitor-facing Parking section says just "Outdoor parking is available." Because of that gap the venue's own directions and parking page is used as the source, since it states the free condition directly to visitors.
