A 13-acre lakefront site in the Lakeview neighbourhood with access to the Waterfront Trail. The main house opened to the public in 2025. Three small city lots serve the site; the pin is on the north lot of about 18 spaces, off Enola Avenue. No existing listing is in Lakeview and none gives lakefront access.
