Eligible: Free parking across most of the surface lot; only a small marked 'Preferred Paid Parking' section is paid.

Surface lot, not a structure. Only a small named section, 'Preferred Paid Parking' (sold through the 12oaksparking.com/brookfield platform, enforced 24/7, with part of proceeds benefiting a local charity), is paid — the rest of the lot is free. Overnight parking is banned; cars left overnight are subject to towing.
