Eligible: All parking free from 17:00 daily, July 1 – August 31 2026 only, ticket must be stamped at customer info
TIME-BOXED CAMPAIGN, not a standing rule: runs 01.07.2026–31.08.2026 only ('01.07. bis 31.08.2026' per the event page), i.e. currently active as of 2026-07-26 but expires end of August 2026. After that date this row no longer applies and only the standing first-30-minutes-free rule (see the other Rhein-Center listing) remains. Registration gate: the driver's ticket must be validated (entwertet) at the customer information desk before exiting, or the free period is not applied at the barrier.
