The Berlin Senate's P+R survey (site visits in autumn 2023, report 2024) records no parking charges here and no limits on usage times, and the city's current P+R map still lists it as not charged. The lot is meant for people switching to the train, but no ticket requirement is stated. This point is lot P1 (170 spaces). Lot P2 (119 spaces) is close by. As of September 2023 the district was putting a feasibility study on the future use of the site out to tender, including building upward, and said the P+R function is to be kept.
