This rule applies to the main free car park. The separate 'Speedy Parking' yellow zone (Big C Extra side) is a different paid area: 90 minutes free, then 50 THB/hour, 10:00–20:00 only. Motorcycle and bicycle parking is free 10:00–20:00 at designated points.
