Free parking in Munich

Registration gate: you must be a Pasing Arcaden Club member. Show your digital club card at reception to get a QR code, then scan it at the pay machine after entering your licence plate; fees for the free window are then deducted automatically. Free window is Monday-Thursday only, within opening hours. Separately, the mall also runs a newsletter-subscriber promo advertised as valid until 31.12.2026 offering the same 3 hours Mon-Thu 9:30-20:00 via a QR code shown at reception against a current newsletter. Parking itself is ticketless (automatic numberplate recognition) since 26 Aug 2023; outside the free window the tariff is €2.00/hour (€2.50/hour above 80% occupancy), €15.00 day max, with a discounted €6.00 Sparticket for up to 6 hours if bought within 30 minutes of entry.

No registration, no app, and no ticket-stamping is required — the free hour applies automatically to everyone via licence-plate billing at exit. Applies to both structures (292-space Tiefgarage, shopping-trolley accessible, and 145-space Parkhaus, no trolley access). Beyond the free hour: up to 1.5h €2.00, up to 2h €3.00, up to 2.5h €4.00, up to 3h €5.00, each further hour €3.00, day cap €14.00.

Registration gate: at entry select the normal (non-Shoppingtarif) ticket, then after shopping get the paper parking ticket stamped at the till of the qualifying store before leaving. Only one store's stamp counts per visit — the two free allowances below are not combinable with each other. Standard tariff without a stamp is €1.00 first hour, €1.50 each further hour, €10.00 day max, or a €2.00 flat Shoppingtarif for up to 4 hours (that flat tariff is not zero, so it is excluded here). Coordinate is approximate: pinned to the Munich Airport Center / Terminal 2 landmark because the airport did not publish a standalone street address or map pin for Parkhaus P20 specifically — treat as airport-area, not a precise entrance. Registration/validation gate: combine same-day receipts from airport shops or restaurants to reach €30, then before exiting bring your parking ticket and receipt(s) to the Parkleitzentrale (Service-Point-Parken, Munich Airport Center) or the Terminal 2 Information desk in the check-in hall to have the fee waived — there is no after-the-fact refund, and entry/exit must be by ticket (credit-card gate entry/exit is not eligible). Offer excludes XXL-Parken, Valet Parken, Komfort-/Sicherheitsparken and the terminal forecourts. Without the offer, P20 costs €5 flat up to 3 hours and +€8/hour after that.

Drop-off and pick-up lanes only, meant for people bringing or collecting passengers. The airport recommends the terminal car parks for longer waits.

Car park for the Feldmochinger See bathing lake. The city says there are about 1,000 parking spaces at the lake in total; this entry points to the car park on the east shore.

City lakeside car park for the Langwieder See bathing lake (Langwieder Seenplatte). On hot days the spaces fill quickly; in season a bathing bus runs from Lochhausen S-Bahn station. No marked disabled spaces according to the city.

Free park and ride car park at the S-Bahn station in Furth, Oberhaching, south of Munich. The municipality lists about 110 free spaces (the MVV park and ride map shows 109).

Free park and ride lot on Gleißentalstraße at Deisenhofen S-Bahn station, south of Munich. The municipality lists about 250 free spaces at the station in total; this lot has 55. The other lot on Sauerlacher Straße is inside a road works zone until 30 November 2026.
